About the Role

As a Practice Support Advisor, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides growth, sales, and retention support to our member dentists and their teams. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for queries, primarily through phone calls, and work closely with field sales teams to identify potential growth opportunities in their area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a professional impression for our practices, aiming for first contact resolution where possible.
  • Take ownership of problem-solving and handle challenging requests, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, proactively rebuilding former relationships and capturing feedback for follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Consultants to identify sales and growth opportunities for clients.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a passion for great customer service, problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. You should have previous customer service experience, ideally phone-based, and experience handling high-pressure environments and working to deadlines.
