Role: Senior Delivery Lead - CISO

As a key member of our IT Enablement Value Stream, you will lead the delivery of complex, high-risk, and cross-functional projects across several CISO feature teams. Your expertise in project management, leadership, and coaching will be instrumental in shaping and implementing business strategies while optimizing resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the delivery of complex projects, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective project management plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations and reduce cyber security risk.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in managing Information Security projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Proven leadership and coaching experience, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Experience leading agile/scrum teams directly.
  • Strong dependency management and effective resolution of risks and issues.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Cyber security certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, are a strong benefit.
