Role: Senior Delivery Lead - CISO

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Delivery Lead - CISO, you will be responsible for leading, directing, and controlling the delivery of complex, high-risk, and/or cross-functional projects across several CISO feature teams in an agile and iterative manner. You will oversee the planning and delivery of the right products to meet customer expectations and ultimately deliver incremental value and cyber security risk reduction. You'll be responsible for shaping and leading major change initiatives that implement business strategies while optimizing resources across the programme to ensure delivery to agreed business plans.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing Information Security projects

• Advanced knowledge of Project Management tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)

• Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams

• Experience of leading agile/scrum teams directly

• Strong dependency management and effective resolution of risks and issues to drive successful outcomes for the CISO Feature Teams

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure

• Experience of applying the key principles of delivery management across TSB Bank plc, and the external business environment

• Extensive experience of operating in agile operations

• Strong analytical skills

• Cyber security certifications (CISSP, CISM) a strong benefit
