Electronics Lead Engineer

Avanti Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electronics Lead Engineer to join one of our clients in East London. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small cross-functional R&D team working on a brand new device that combines electronics, software, mechanical, and control technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the design and development of electronic systems from concept to production.
  2. Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  3. Manage and mentor junior engineers to help them grow in their careers.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards.

Our client offers a competitive salary of £70-75,000, a strong benefits package including pension contribution up to 11%, 25 days holiday, car allowance, and 10% bonus (targeted).
