About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Management Team as a key player in enhancing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with our customers. As a Housing Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer service operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively across the organisation to review, develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and performance.
  • Use business intelligence and data tools to support the development of performance reporting and analysis.
  • Undertake estate inspections and monitor delivery of service standards by our contractors.
  • Maximise rent collection and ensure timely payment from customers.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work a 36-hour week over Monday to Friday, with the option of flexible working hours. Our Hybrid Working Policy allows for remote work, promoting a healthy work-life balance. We also contribute 10% towards your pension scheme and offer access to online Health and Wellbeing services.
