Electrical Maintenance Engineer Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our client, a globally recognized manufacturer renowned for exceptional product quality and industry-leading standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve breakdowns of heavy industry machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production efficiency.
  • Perform fault finding and tracing, installation, and replacement of electrical parts and supplies, as well as existing equipment improvements.
  • Liaise and provide support to production shift teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Complete daily works records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Requirements:
  • Experience with varying voltages and types of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Strong background in electrical breakdown maintenance.
  • Basic PLC logic and inverter drive systems desirable (Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi).
  • Experience with risk assessments and safe working practices.
  • NVQ Level 3 in an engineering discipline.

  • A competitive salary of £41,226 - £44,332 per annum, depending on experience.
