Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Victoria. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical maintenance tasks, including lighting installation, fault-finding, and lamp replacement
  • Conduct emergency lighting tests and maintain control panels
  • Monitor and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS)
  • Update log books and maintain accurate records
  • Perform plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets and maintaining pumps and motors
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 electrical qualification
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with good communication skills
  • Client-facing with ability to work independently

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established building services company based in Victoria. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in Electrical or mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £46,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 07:00 am to 16:00 pm, 10:00 am to 19:00 pm, with 1 in 2 call out
