About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Ward Team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of a team committed to delivering high-quality clinical outcomes, where they will be valued for their skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care while ensuring patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance patient care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.

Requirements

  • Registered nursing qualification or equivalent.
  • Registered with the NMC.
  • Experience of working as a Staff Nurse/Senior Staff Nurse in a ward department.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated computer skills.
  • Evidence of continued development.
