We are seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to work with our client in Cumbria. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in covering general, medical, and surgical wards, and assisting dispensary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Medicines reconciliation and drug chart screening
  • Offering advice to patients on the wards

  • Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharmacist
