We are seeking an experienced Electrical Machines Design Engineer to join our client's manufacturing team in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.

This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work on the design and development of motors, prototype development, and research in a first-class manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in ANSYS, electromagnetic and thermal simulation, and a strong understanding of motor design principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and development of motors and electrical systems
  2. Prototype development and testing
  3. Development of test plans to validate products
  4. Thermal simulations of motor designs
Requirements:
  1. Experience as an Electrical Machines Design Engineer or similar position
  2. Experience with ANSYS and electromagnetic simulation
  3. Strong understanding of motor design principles and thermal simulation
