Credit Risk Manager

Barclays Bank PLC is looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager (Credit Analyst) to join our Mid-Corporate Banking team in Belfast. As a key player, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business development and acquire new customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the region
- Provide expert knowledge of local market conditions through key introducer networks and understand the needs and requirements of local businesses
- Analyse lending and credit risk to support new-to-bank lending requests from corporate customers up to £10 million
- Build strong relationships with clients to identify their financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance
- Design customised solutions that address client-specific needs and objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience working within Corporate Finance
- Client portfolio management experience in a corporate banking environment
- Industry knowledge, particularly in Trade & Working Capital solutions
- Successful track record of business development and acquiring new customers
