**Job Description:** Risk Management Specialist
Vickerstock is seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in promoting a safe working environment, conducting risk assessments, and implementing health and safety policies.
Responsibilities:- Manage the Health and Safety budget and maintain the site's safety systems.
- Develop and implement effective risk management processes to minimize hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and update safe work systems to align with site operations.
- Support site teams with statutory inspections and ensure machinery safety.
- Develop and implement emergency procedures and fire safety protocols in accordance with policies and risk assessments.
- Investigate accidents/incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety legislation and company accreditations.
**What We Offer:
- An estimated salary of £55,000-£65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package including 31 days holiday allowance, holiday buy/sell scheme, private medical insurance, employee wellbeing plan, early finish on Fridays, and company pension contributions.
