Job Description:

This role involves working as a key member of the C-17 Field Operations Team at RAF Brize Norton, supporting the Royal Air Force customer. As a Supply Chain Specialist (shift worker), you will provide real-time assistance in dynamic environments, utilizing applications such as GOLDEsp, WoW, MJDI, PUBLOG, Haystack, C17 Technical Orders, and cargo tracking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for stock management, tool control, and physical inventory management, ensuring accurate reporting, shelf-life reviews, scrapping dispositions, and cycle count planning. Additionally, they will provide demand and requisition status for all C-17 unique managed parts and customer-owned parts defined by the customer.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using various software applications, including GOLDEsp, WoW, MJDI, PUBLOG, Haystack, C17 Technical Orders, and cargo tracking
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders
  • Able to lift heavy objects and operate machinery safely
