We have a Team of 90-plus employees who work directly for, and with, the C-17 operational team, providing real-time, time-critical and dynamic assistance at the point of delivery. This is a Team at the vanguard, and we are offering an opportunity for you to join that Team working as part of the Boeing MRP 145 Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO), who undertake scheduled maintenance of the UK C-17 fleet and carry out adhoc defect rectification.

- Monitor work progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the maintenance process to minimise delays and disruptions.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate production schedules, address concerns, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Participate in audits and inspections conducted by regulatory authorities or customers to demonstrate compliance with applicable requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety within the maintenance organisation.
- Be able to review and provide a technical assessment of work packages to give an overview of man hours, consumables, materials and tooling requirements. Ensuring the organisation has the capacity and scope to perform the work.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Be able to work unsupervised but also be a team player.

- Thorough understanding of MRP 145 regulations, airworthiness requirements, and industry best practices related to aircraft maintenance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
