Nurse Care Specialist

A new opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Nurse to work in a leading care home in the UK. The successful candidate will be working for a reputable healthcare provider, offering high-quality care for individuals with various disabilities, disorders, and behaviours.
The care home provides 24-hour residential care, seven days a week, catering to elderly care, end-of-life care, and younger care. As a Nurse, your key duties will include:
- Ensuring all staff members contribute to the efficient running of the care home and creating a positive atmosphere for service users.
- Reporting any ill health among service users and requesting GP visits when necessary.
- Administering prescribed medicines and documenting them according to the company's procedure and NMC guidelines.
- Carrying out regular checks on service users and providing a clear handover report to relevant staff members.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring each service user has an individualized care plan.
- Assessing service users' care needs and providing health supervision and direct nursing care when required.
The ideal candidate will possess good leadership qualities, be able to work independently, and communicate effectively at all levels. They will also be passionate about person-centered care.
The successful Nurse will receive a competitive salary of £19.00 per hour and up to £43,472 per annum. We offer a range of benefits, including paid breaks, holiday entitlement, uniform provision, and career progression opportunities.
