We are seeking an experienced nurse practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at The Wellington Hospital in North West London. As a rehabilitation nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with spinal and neuro conditions.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled nurse to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday. You will be responsible for providing excellent patient care, working collaboratively with the therapy teams, and supporting the nursing staff to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing practice in spinal and neuro rehabilitation settings
  • Contribute to the development of individualized care plans and goals
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of post-registration experience in spinal and/or neuro rehabilitation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and nights
  • NMC registration and up-to-date BLS provider certification
