We are seeking an experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to join our Oncology & Medical Ward at The Wellington Hospital in London. This role offers a great opportunity to advance your nursing career while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week.
  • You will be responsible for leading a nursing team within a 17-bed Oncology & Medical unit and two Neuroendocrine suites.
  • The ideal candidate will have relevant post-registration experience in Oncology and proven ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a team.

As a Sister/Charge Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver expert support throughout patients' care journeys.
