We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic team at Mears. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring that our organization remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide HR advice and guidance to employees and managers on policies and procedures.
- Manage a high-volume caseload, including disciplinary, absence management, grievance, and performance issues.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to employee relations issues, working closely with managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all cases, using in-house HR systems.
- Identify trends and report on employee relations issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the HR Team Leader to discuss complex cases, share best practices, and ensure a seamless service.
- CIPD level 3 or above is essential for this role.
- Previous experience as an HR Advisor is essential.
- Experience working in an environment with TUPE and Trade Unions is desirable but not essential.
- High level of customer service is critical in this role.
- Confident user of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
- Previous use of Workday and other HR systems is desirable but not essential.
