We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Link Contacting. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality reactive maintenance and planned work tasks to our clients across various sectors including local authority, educational, retail, and private.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Facilities Management, retail or public building sectors, with a relevant NVQ or City & Guilds qualification. You must also possess a flexible and proactive approach, a full UK driving license, and be willing to commit to a 40-hour per week contract.

This role offers a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including on-call standby payment, regular overtime, 22 days annual leave, 360 Wellbeing programme, refer a friend scheme, company vehicle, opportunities for career progression, and diversity and inclusion.
