Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team at an exciting time. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing new solutions to meet business and project goals through workshops and interviews with stakeholders
  • Designing future business processes and requirements for our ERP and Asset Management system
  • Collecting, modelling, and analysing data to support the development of the ERP upgrade business case
  • Articulating process, system, and data requirements using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing elements to ensure quality standards
  • Contributing to project governance, including planning, status reporting, and risk management
  • Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders to drive project success

You will have excellent understanding of Business Analysis techniques and experience using tools such as Business Process Modelling, MoSCoW, SWOT, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong experience with ERP systems (preferably IFS)
  • Experience with Asset Management systems in field operations (desirable)
  • Experience using Agile tooling (preferably Azure DevOps or similar)
  • Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-fluency with ability to interpret, analyse, evaluate, and model data
  • Ability to self-manage and deliver work commitments to time and quality expectations
