Role Overview:

Our partner is a rapidly growing company in the renewable energy sector. We're recruiting for a Scotland Regional Development Manager to drive sales growth and contribute to the company's success.

As the Scotland Regional Development Manager, you will be responsible for sales development within your designated geographic territory. You will manage existing nationwide relationships and collaborate closely with internal and external sales teams, branch managers, and other departments to deliver outstanding customer service.

Your goal will be to boost profitable sales and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with internal leads via telephone, qualify them, and nurture qualified prospects into profitable customers.
  2. Identify and develop new prospects currently unknown to the company.
  3. Schedule and attend meetings to build and strengthen relationships with prospects, customers, and suppliers.
  4. Represent the company at commercial events, both during and outside of normal working hours, across the UK and potentially internationally.
  5. Complete all required administrative tasks promptly.
Requirements & Skills:


Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Executive in the renewable energy industry (wholesale experience is a plus).

Proven successful sales track record.

Relevant product knowledge is a must.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport, foster relationships, and network effectively.

Excellent time management and planning abilities.

Proficient in using computers and related technology.

Salary:
Circa £50k.

Bonus scheme with OTE of £80k+.
