**Job Description:** Part Time Care Associate
Bush and Company Rehabilitation Careers is a dynamic organization committed to providing person-centered care to individuals with complex needs. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Part Time Care Associate to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting an individual with learning disabilities and mild physical disabilities in their home-based setting. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a difference in the life of the individual we support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assisting with medication management, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Supporting the client's participation in recreational activities, music therapy, and other therapeutic interventions.
- Maintaining accurate records of the client's progress, interests, and needs.
**Requirements:**
- NVQ 2 or equivalent experience in care and support.
- Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviors.
- Ability to drive and hold a full clean driving license.
- Friendly, approachable, and non-judgmental attitude towards people from diverse backgrounds.
