Leadership Development Programme:

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our Leadership Development Programme as a Project Management Degree Apprentice. This programme is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in project management, while earning a degree from the University of Plymouth.

About the Programme:

The Programme is a 4.5-year apprenticeship that combines academic study with hands-on project management experience. You will work on real projects, developing your technical expertise and essential soft skills, including presentation, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on real projects, applying theoretical knowledge to practical problems.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project status updates, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Mathematics or equivalent.
  • One of the following: Three A-levels at Grade C or above, EDEXCEL (BTEC) Diploma: Pass, Access: Achievement of the HE Diploma, to include 30 Level 3 Credits at Merit, Baccalaureate IB: Pass, or T-Levels.
