Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Palmers Green, Winchmore Hill, Southgate, Barnet, and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and companionship.
  • Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and other physical needs.
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Support clients to access the community and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Prompt and administer medication as required.

Requirements

  • A caring attitude and a willingness to make a difference in the lives of our clients.
  • A full UK driving license and use of a car.
  • Experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Proof of right-to-work in the United Kingdom.
  • Reliability, flexibility, hard work, and honesty.
  • Good communication skills and a good sense of humour.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
