Painter and Decorator Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Undertake full painting and decorating duties, including preparing walls and ceilings for painting and applying emulsion paints.
* Identify and rectify defects in paintwork, ensuring a high standard of finish.
* Liaise with customers to understand their needs and work from written and verbal instructions.
* Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
* Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and Qualification for the role (NVQ L2 or L3).
* Competent in all aspects of painting/ decorating and with experience of maintenance work on domestic properties.
* A background of general painting work and ability to work in confined spaces.
* Experience working in social housing and a current driving licence are essential.
