Job Summary:
Thorn Baker Construction is seeking a skilled Painter and Decorator to work on a modular build project in Salford. The ideal candidate will have experience in painting internal walls and ceilings, as well as snagging works and glossing woodwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Work from drawings and specifications to complete painting tasks.
- Paint internal walls and ceilings to a high standard.
- Snagging works to identify and rectify any defects or issues.
- Gloss woodwork to a high standard.
- Adhere to health and safety measures on site to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Hold an in-date CSCS card.
- Provide two commercial relevant references.
- Display a can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Be available to start immediately.
