If so, we would love to hear from you We are currently seeking a Service Development Administrator to join our team at Thistle Foundation.

As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of person-centred care plans for individuals living in their own homes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with our Service Development Lead to develop and implement person-centred care plans
  • Providing support and guidance to individuals who communicate through their behaviours and people that require a resilient approach
  • Contributing to Positive Behaviour Support Plans and working as part of a team to maximise understanding of different forms of communication and approaches to minimise stress

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience of supporting individuals who communicate through their behaviours and people that require a resilient approach
  • Familiarity with using and contributing to Positive Behaviour Support Plans
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
