Palliative Care Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join HammondCare, a leading provider of palliative care services, as a Staff Specialist in Palliative Medicine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality specialist palliative care services to patients across Southern NSW LHD.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert palliative care services to patients, including inpatient, outpatient, and community care.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
- Participate in education, research, and quality improvement projects to advance palliative care.
- Contribute to the development of innovative care models and services.
- MBBS or equivalent, currently registered with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Fellowship of the Australasian Chapter of Palliative Medicine (FAChPM) or equivalent.
- Appropriate experience in palliative care medicine.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and provide high-quality compassionate care.
