Job Overview

As a Care and Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enabling our service users to maintain their autonomy and participate fully in community life. Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Supporting individuals with learning disabilities in their daily routines and activities;
  • Encouraging participation in social events and community engagement;
  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans to promote independence and empowerment;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress and achievements.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including 30 days paid annual leave, opportunities for career progression, and access to industry-leading training.
