Criticality Safety Leader

We are seeking a dedicated criticality specialist to lead our Criticality Safety Assessment within NNL and develop our capability in this area. This is an exciting opportunity to shape, guide, and review technical delivery of projects to ensure they achieve agreed objectives.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading technical delivery of projects in the criticality area to time, cost, quality, value, and service requirements. Your exceptional leadership skills will enable direction and supervision of other criticality consultants, providing advice, training, and independent inspection.
You will also lead NNL's criticality support consultancy to external customers and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams addressing safety challenges. With excellent mentoring and supervision skills, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our criticality strategy.
Requirements:An excellent level of knowledge in the specialized field of criticality safety assessment and excellent networking skills are essential for this role. You will have experience in delivering projects to the required time, cost, and quality meeting customer expectations.
A competitive salary is offered, with a range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, flexible working arrangements are available, including homeworking and flexible location options.
