About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our Evening and Night District Nursing Team in Redbridge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes, working collaboratively with our qualified staff to deliver safe and effective patient care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide care to patients in their own homes, working as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Carry out and monitor treatment as per care plans, ensuring the recovery and independence of patients.
  • Form part of an interdependent multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the development of patient care plans.
  • Promote the recovery of patients and maintain their independence in the community.
