At Ribbons and Reeves Limited, we are seeking a talented Psychology Graduate to join our team as a SEN and SEMH Support Specialist. About the Role

We are recruiting for immediate start in July 2025 to work on a day-to-day basis, providing SEN and SEMH support to children. As a Psychology Graduate SEN and SEMH Support Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, developing your skills and expertise in a dynamic setting.

This role is ideal for a motivated Psychology Graduate from a Top 30 university, particularly those who have studied at Oxbridge. If you have a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in SEN and SEMH, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing SEN and SEMH support to children on a day-to-day basis
  • Developing and implementing personalized support plans for each child
  • Maintaining accurate records of progress and participation

We offer a competitive daily rate of £100, paid through PAYE, making this an attractive opportunity for anyone looking to launch their career in SEN and SEMH support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic background, with a degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in SEN and SEMH, with a desire to make a positive impact
