Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Food Manufacturer

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Engineer with a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct fault diagnosis and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Work closely with production and hygiene teams to ensure seamless machine start-ups.
  • Manage and maintain our plant's CMMS system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Electrical qualification (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
  • Mechanical experience/qualifications/time served.
  • Engineering/technical background.
  • Manufacturing industry experience.
  • CI knowledge and skills would be advantageous.

This is a DAYS based role working 45 hours a week / 9 hours a day between 7am and 4pm Monday to Friday with a 1 in 3 call out rota.

Salary is negotiable.
