About the Role
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to attend meetings with clients, manage client correspondence, and maintain statutory records in conjunction with the Corporate Secretarial Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of trust structures, ensuring efficient and effective administration.
- Interact with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including trust and company documents.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Secretarial Team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collect and verify Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence information from clients.
Requirements
- Cat C employee qualification or higher as described by the JFSC.
- Ongoing study towards Diploma/Professional level in a trust/finance related qualification.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated at £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. AP Group Ltd offers a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

This role is based in Jersey, and we can only accept applications from candidates who are entitled to work in Jersey.
