Operations and Administrative Assistant

The ICT Service is a trading team within our client that provides a range of ICT support services and products to schools across the East of England. The Operations and Administrative Assistant role is based in their office in St Ives and provides supportto their small and friendly Commercial and Operation Teams.
You will provide administrative support to the Sales and Business Support Teams and will have responsibility for the store room and delivering goods to their customers. You will be able to provide excellent customer service to the schools that they serve. Youwill get involved receipting in and organising equipment from suppliers and scheduling deliveries using their computer systems. You will help with maintaining customer records and will investigate shipping issues.. You must be able to work with a team, butalso work independently. You will also hold a valid driving licence and be willing to drive the small company vehicle.
The role is varied and will provide a great opportunity for an individual who has an interest in providing a good customer service and supporting schools.
