Role Overview: We are seeking an Interim Deputy Headteacher to join our client school in Liverpool until Easter 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of the school's vision and strategy, working closely with the Headteacher to ensure the safety and well-being of children are prioritised.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain current standards and drive teaching and learning forward in terms of curriculum provision from EYFS to end of KS2
- Lead the development of the school's vision and strategy
- Work closely with the Headteacher to ensure the safety and well-being of children are prioritised
Requirements:
- Exceptional practitioner with passion for education and making a difference in children's lives
- Leadership experience in a primary school setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
