We are seeking an experienced SHE Manager to join our team at Executive Network Group. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for guiding and influencing Operational Management to maintain high standards, champion innovation, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) and processes to monitor and control compliance to legislation and internal policies.
- Lead internal and external audits and proactive SHE improvement activities.
- Collaborate with site management to promote a positive culture and safe working practices.
- Deliver the IMS to prove compliance and drive business excellence.
- NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum.
- Experience in a manufacturing business, preferably with experience setting up a new factory from a compliance and cultural perspective.
- ISO Systems experience.
- Hands-on, shop floor focused, building relationships and influencing culture and behaviours.
