About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SHE Manager to join our team at Executive Network Group. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for guiding and influencing Operational Management to maintain high standards, champion innovation, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) and processes to monitor and control compliance to legislation and internal policies.
  2. Lead internal and external audits and proactive SHE improvement activities.
  3. Collaborate with site management to promote a positive culture and safe working practices.
  4. Deliver the IMS to prove compliance and drive business excellence.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum.
  • Experience in a manufacturing business, preferably with experience setting up a new factory from a compliance and cultural perspective.
  • ISO Systems experience.
  • Hands-on, shop floor focused, building relationships and influencing culture and behaviours.
