About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Dedicate Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and partners in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert financial guidance and support to senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring effective financial management and decision-making.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management accounts, school budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct regular audits of financial processes to ensure compliance with Trust policies and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in finance, with a relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or AAT).
  • Excellent knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple workstreams and deadlines.
