SEN Teaching Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated SEN Teaching Support Professional to join our team at a primary school in Camberley. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and have a strong desire to pursue a career in SEN teaching or speech therapy.
The school has a high number of students with EHCP's, including those with speech, language, ASD, and behavioral needs. As a SEN Teaching Support Professional, you will work collaboratively with the teaching staff, therapists, and support staff to develop and implement tailored interventions to enhance student learning and progress.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students on a 1-1 basis and in small groups
- Providing behavior and pastoral support
- Participating in forward planning with therapists to identify strategies to meet individual student needs
- Building strong relationships with students, teachers, and support staff
- Adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of students
We offer:
- Comprehensive on-site training, support, and CPD opportunities
- Competitive daily rate: £90 - £110, Monday to Friday, term time only
- No prior experience necessary
