Key Job ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a busy office environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to front-line staff, management, and other employees
- Managing telephone calls and redirecting queries to the relevant person or department
- Meeting and greeting visitors and internal and external stakeholders
- Managing assigned administrative tasks effectively and meeting deadlines
This part-time role offers a 25-hour contract with occasional flexibility depending on the services' needs. You will be working in a friendly office environment with a dedicated team.
