Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Design Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone to work with a leading ecommerce and high street retailer.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate colour management, including checking fabric qualities, prints, lace construction, and approving colours.
  • Oversee the production progress of purchase orders with suppliers, from receipt to delivery into our warehouse.
  • Create packaging specifications that meet client requirements.
  • Closely inspect gold seals for quality, colour, and packaging adherence.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules, communicating production updates and ex-factory delivery dates to stakeholders.

What We Offer:
