Senior Support Worker

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Minehead. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the unique needs of each service user.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in care and support.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.91.
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour.
- Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.
- Wagestream, allowing you to access your earnings as you earn them.
Working Hours:
Typical shifts are 08:00 - 20:30, working 3 shifts a week, including alternate weekends.
