We are seeking an experienced AI Designer to join our team at Cloud Imperium Games Limited. As an AI Designer, you will be responsible for creating AI behaviours and interactable entities for Squadron 42 and Star Citizen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create AI behaviours for a variety of purposes, including social, combat, and flight.
  • Design and implement entities that the AI will interact with.
  • Collaborate with the animation team to ensure seamless integration of AI behaviours.
  • Prototype new behaviours and entities to previsualize intentions.

Requirements

  • Passion for developing AI behaviours.
  • Ability to analyze existing or competitor AI design choices.
  • Knowledge of visual scripting tools such as Unreal Blueprint.
  • Affinity for 3D game editors and tools.
  • Experience in game development in a technical-level design capacity.
  • Eagerness to hear feedback and willingness to iterate on a design.
