About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Bank Support Worker to join our team at Look Ahead, a leading not-for-profit care and support provider in London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet their assessed needs.
  • Work with customers to promote social inclusion and independent living, encouraging them to maximise their skills and choices.
  • Deliver physical, domestic, emotional, and social care to customers with learning disabilities.
  • Enable vulnerable individuals to manage their tenancies and move towards greater independence within the community.
  • Deal with customers, visitors, and staff in a professional and appropriate manner.
  • Report any observations relating to customers' welfare to Look Ahead staff and management.
