Job Description

The ideal candidate for the Door System Scheduler role will be responsible for preparing quotes, supporting the service team, and handling breakdown calls. You will have the opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer and installer of automatic door systems and shop fronts.

As a Door System Scheduler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service division. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:
• Preparation of quotes for customers
• Support of the service team in planning routine service requests
• Handling breakdown calls and scheduling work for technicians
• Serving as a liaison between customers and suppliers
• Monitoring the timekeeping, workload, and productivity of engineers

Requirements:
• Previous experience of scheduling engineers in a similar role would be beneficial
• Strong understanding of manual, automatic, and industrial door systems
• Previous planning experience
• Sales-focused approach to business and ability to demonstrate sales targets
• Salary: £42,000 - £52,000 per annum depending on experience.
