Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating a variety of activities and events that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents. This may include:

  • Researching and developing new activity ideas and proposals
  • Coordinating logistics for events and activities
  • Working closely with residents, families, and staff to understand their needs and preferences
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
