We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and qualify potential buyers to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Book valuations for our offices and generate viewings to showcase properties
  • Canvass to bring on new properties and negotiate sales between vendors and buyers
  • Prepare sales brochures and develop relationships with buyers and vendors
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide advice to buyers and vendors
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience as a Sales Negotiator
  • High level of customer service skills and a strong telephone manner
  • Ability to work well in a team and be well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
  • Full UK driving licence and own car
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary package and benefits
  • OTE £30,000 - £35,000
  • Car allowance £2,500
  • 5% commission on individual sales
