Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Weekend Receptionist at our luxury care home. As the first point of contact for callers and visitors, you will play a vital role in setting the standard for an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to callers and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the care home.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications, including email and record-keeping systems.
- DBS clearance and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
