About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Operations Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by creating engaging and meaningful activities that cater to their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement daily activity schedules that promote resident engagement and well-being
  • Organize and lead various events and activities, such as our Summer Fete, to create a sense of community and social connection among residents
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with residents to understand their preferences and interests, and use this information to inform activity planning
  • Provide activity reports to the General Manager to ensure that resident needs are being met and that activities are aligned with our care home's goals
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that resident care needs are met and that activities are integrated into our care home's overall care plan
Requirements
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • A full, clean driving license
  • A working knowledge of health and safety legislation
  • A Level 2 (QCF) Supporting Activities Provision in Social Care (desirable)
