About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Signature Senior Lifestyle Operations Ltd.

As a Chef, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen, ensuring that every meal served is of the highest quality and meets the needs of our residents.

You will be responsible for managing and developing the Chef de Partie and Commis Chef, sharing your expertise and knowledge to drive excellence in our kitchen.

With a passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, you will work closely with our Head Chef to review and develop our menu, ensuring that it meets the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.

About You:

We are looking for a Chef who is kind, compassionate, and resilient, with a proactive and organized approach to their work. You will have a strong background in kitchen management, with a minimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar role.

You will hold a relevant culinary qualification, such as an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Food & Hygiene or Catering Services, and have a good understanding of COSHH and health and safety protocols.
